Is this a medical test?

No. We evaluate energetic balance patterns — not clinical biomarkers. This is not a medical assessment or diagnostic tool. Consult your healthcare provider for medical concerns.

How does it work?

Order kit → collect hair at home → mail it back → get your Vitality Score and Blueprint in your private portal within 5–7 days.

How long for results?

5–7 business days from when our lab receives your sample. You'll get an email when your Blueprint is ready.

Short hair or no hair?

We need about 1 inch. Body hair works as an alternative — email us and we'll guide you.

What's the refund policy?
