REFUND POLICY

We want you to feel confident purchasing from FIXI Life. Please review our refund policy below.

BEFORE YOUR SAMPLE IS SUBMITTED

If you have not yet mailed your hair or fur sample, you may request a full refund minus a $12 restocking fee. Contact us at hello@fixilife.com within 30 days of purchase.

FIXI Starter Kit ($89): Refund of $77 ($89 minus $12 restocking fee)
FIXI Pet Scan ($129): Refund of $117 ($129 minus $12 restocking fee)
Progress Scan ($65): Refund of $53 ($65 minus $12 restocking fee)

Kits must be unused and in original condition.

AFTER YOUR SAMPLE IS SUBMITTED

Once your hair or fur sample has been mailed or received by our laboratory partner, we are unable to process a refund. Sample processing begins immediately upon receipt and cannot be reversed.

No refunds will be issued after your sample has been submitted.

DIGITAL RESULTS

Because your Vitality Blueprint™ and Happy Paw Report™ are digital products delivered through your private portal, they are non-refundable once generated and delivered.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE KITS

If your kit arrives damaged or defective, contact us at hello@fixilife.com within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement kit at no charge.

WRONG OR MISSING ITEMS

If your order arrives with incorrect or missing items, contact us at hello@fixilife.com within 7 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly.

PROCESSING TIME

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Email hello@fixilife.com with your order number and reason for the request. We respond within 24 hours.
