Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our website at www.fixilife.com (the "Site") or purchasing any of our products or services (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FIXI Life LLC ("FIXI Life," "we," "our," or "us").
By accessing our Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. ABOUT OUR SERVICES
FIXI Life provides holistic at-home wellness evaluations using bioresonance hair analysis. Bioresonance is categorized as a Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) approach — a holistic wellness practice that works alongside your existing care.
Our Services include the sale of the FIXI Starter Kit and FIXI Pet Scan collection kits, bioresonance wellness evaluations processed through our trusted laboratory partner, generation of a personal Vitality Score, digital delivery of the Vitality Blueprint™ (for humans) and Happy Paw Report™ (for pets) through a private online portal, AI-generated intelligent wellness protocols, and informational holistic remedy and supplement recommendations.
FIXI Life does not provide medical advice, medical diagnosis, medical treatment, clinical diagnostics, or clinical laboratory analysis. Our evaluations assess energetic balance patterns and are intended for educational and informational purposes only. The Vitality Score reflects energetic balance patterns — not clinical measurements.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, place an order, or use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Our wellness evaluations may be performed on hair samples from individuals of any age and fur samples from dogs and cats. However, the account holder and purchaser must be 18 years of age or older.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To access your Vitality Blueprint or Happy Paw Report, you may need to create an account on our Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information as needed.

4. PRODUCTS AND PRICING
FIXI Starter Kit — $89.00
Includes at-home hair collection kit with prepaid return envelope, bioresonance evaluation of 600+ items across 14 wellness categories, personal Vitality Score (0-100), AI-generated Vitality Blueprint™ with personalized holistic protocol, and private digital portal access.
FIXI Pet Scan — $129.00
Includes at-home fur collection kit with prepaid return envelope, bioresonance evaluation of food, environmental, nutritional, gut, and metal categories for dogs and cats, AI-generated Happy Paw Report™ with personalized pet wellness protocol, and private digital portal access.
Progress Scan — $65.00
Available every 120 days for both human and pet evaluations. Includes updated score, side-by-side comparison with previous results, and recalibrated protocol.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable taxes.
5. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Payment is processed at the time of purchase through our secure third-party payment processor. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. FIXI Life does not store your credit card information.
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing or product information.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All kits ship free within the United States. Prepaid return envelopes are included. International shipping is not available at this time.
Kits typically ship within 1-2 business days of order placement. Delivery times depend on your location and carrier.
7. SAMPLE PROCESSING AND RESULTS
Once your hair or fur sample is received by our laboratory partner, processing typically takes 5-7 business days. Results are delivered digitally through your private FIXI Life portal.
Processing times are estimates and may vary. FIXI Life is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, laboratory conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Results remain accessible in your portal indefinitely from any device.
8. WELLNESS EVALUATION DISCLAIMER
FIXI Life evaluations use bioresonance hair analysis, a Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) approach. Our evaluations assess energetic balance patterns and provide holistic wellness insight.
OUR SERVICES ARE NOT:
- Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
- Clinical laboratory analysis or blood work
- An allergy assessment or allergy test
- A substitute for professional medical care
- FDA-approved diagnostic tools
YOUR VITALITY SCORE:
- Reflects energetic balance patterns, not clinical measurements
- Is generated from bioresonance frequency evaluation
- Should not be interpreted as a medical diagnosis
- Is intended for educational and informational purposes
SUPPLEMENT AND REMEDY RECOMMENDATIONS:
- Are for educational and informational purposes only
- Are not prescriptions or medical instructions
- Should be reviewed with your healthcare provider before implementation
- Do not replace medical treatment or professional guidance
You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, supplement routine, or wellness practices — especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.
If you have a known food allergy, continue to follow your healthcare provider's guidance regardless of your FIXI Life results. A sensitivity identified in your evaluation is not the same as a clinical allergy.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, the Vitality Blueprint™ name, the Happy Paw Report™ name, the Vitality Score concept, software, and design — is the property of FIXI Life LLC and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
10. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to use our Site or Services for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the operation of our Site, impersonate another person, or submit false information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FIXI Life LLC, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and laboratory partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to FIXI Life in the 12 months preceding the claim.
FIXI Life does not guarantee specific wellness outcomes. Individual results may vary. The effectiveness of holistic wellness protocols depends on many factors including individual biology, compliance with recommendations, and overall lifestyle.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FIXI Life LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and laboratory partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our Services may include links to third-party websites for supplement purchases and other wellness products. FIXI Life does not control or endorse these third-party sites and is not responsible for their content, products, privacy practices, or availability. Your interactions with third-party sites are governed by their own terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
