When you create an account, place an order, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, and payment information.
Hair and Fur Samples:
When you submit a hair or fur sample, it is processed by our laboratory partner solely for the purpose of generating your bioresonance wellness evaluation. We do not extract DNA from your sample. Bioresonance evaluates energetic patterns, not genetic material.
Wellness Data:
Your Vitality Score, Vitality Blueprint™, Happy Paw Report™, and associated results are stored in your private portal. This data is associated with your account.
Automatically Collected Information:
When you visit our Site, we may automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring URLs through cookies and similar technologies.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information to process and fulfill your orders, generate your Vitality Score and Vitality Blueprint™, provide access to your private digital portal, communicate with you about your order and results, send Progress Scan reminders (with your consent), improve our Site and Services, comply with legal obligations, and respond to your inquiries.
We do not use your wellness data for advertising purposes. We do not sell your personal information or wellness data to third parties.
3. SUPPLEMENT RECOMMENDATIONS AND AFFILIATE LINKS
Your Vitality Blueprint™ may include supplement recommendations with links to third-party retailers. FIXI Life may earn a commission from purchases made through these links. This does not affect the price you pay. Recommendations are generated based on your evaluation results, not based on commission arrangements.
4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We may share your information with our laboratory partner for the sole purpose of processing your bioresonance evaluation, payment processors to complete your transactions, shipping carriers to deliver your kit, and service providers who assist with our Site and portal operations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request.
5. DATA RETENTION
Your wellness data (Vitality Score, Vitality Blueprint, Happy Paw Report) is retained in your portal indefinitely so you can track your progress across multiple evaluations.
Hair and fur samples are disposed of by our laboratory partner after processing is complete. Samples are not stored long-term.
If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal information and wellness data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
6. DATA SECURITY
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Payment information is processed by our third-party payment processor and is not stored on our servers.
7. YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, request deletion of your personal information, opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information), and not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.
